Hardware Shipping status

Hi Team,
I am waiting for the shipping confirmation for the hardware. Given the April 1st deadline, could you please confirm the estimated delivery date for India and which courier service will be used? I need to ensure I have enough time for the hardware demo.

    Hello Swaraj, Your sample has been shipped this monday from Switzerland using UPS. You should soon reveive the tracking number via email.

    Shipping to India is proving more difficult than expected due to unforeseen import restrictions. We ar edoing our best to find alternatives. You will get a tracking number by email once good ships. Apologies for the delay.

    I received a notification from FedEx regarding a customs payment required before dispatch. Could you please confirm if this is handled by your team or if I should process the payment myself? I want to ensure we don't both pay for it.

    I’m reaching out to confirm that I have received the MX Ink unit. However, the parcel appeared to have been tampered with upon arrival.
    To ensure everything is accounted for, could you please confirm if there were any other accessories or components included in the box besides the MX Ink itself?
    I want to make sure nothing was lost due to the condition of the packaging.
