    Hello both, as you have noticed, India has been proven complicated to ship to (for products that are not officially sold in the country). We are currently trying to find ways to mitigate the situation. you'll receive direct email/message communication on this.

    Hi, I'm also experiencing the same issue. I'm based in China, where the MX Creative Console is not officially sold either.
    I tried placing the order on the US Logitech website using a US-based package forwarding service, but the order was cancelled during their routine verification process. I contacted Logitech sales support, and they confirmed that the cancellation was due to the order not passing their system checks. I've been told my promo code is still active, but I'm unable to successfully complete the order since there's no way to ship directly to China.
